Crazy

I joined www.scribophile.com/ and I love the site. Found out you have to have a pro account to post more then three things and thinking very hard if I want to spend 5 bucks a month for that. On the other hand I’ve gotten some great crits there and suprisingly enough more on Peace then I would have thought.

And the shocking part. Everyone likes it! (Dies)

This is the novel I’ve cursed at. The novel I’ve wanted to rip to peices. To delete and forget about it. To stop and never look at again (I’ve only done that twice) The novel that I - love the idea to, but still hate it for reasons I still have yet to find out.

I dread opening this novel up and working on the edits because of the crazy phrases that are all over the place. Ones that make no sense at all and have me delete paragraphs and trying to decide what I really meant to say.

And 8 crits of people liking has my head spinning!

I thought for sure everyone would feel the same as I did. But so far they like the Main character, Andry, the child of the Faye that has blue skin and is heading off to a human city to become the key to a peace between the Faye, Shide and humans.

50 pages of editing on the book and I don’t want to even look at it. (sigh) I’m never going to get this novel done at this rate.
